I've had some pretty good sleep over the last few nights without having to get up or being awake, at all I think.

Not sure what I can put it down to though, nothing has changed I don't think.

Here's hoping you all sleep well tonight.

I had the best night's sleep for ages. Briefly stirred around 6am and a couple of nearly conscious moments before then but slept fairly solidly from 11pm until 7am.

Hmm, pretty much since I stopped commenting on here, it's all gone pear shaped, reckon I was awake between 3-5 last night, and it's been much the same for the last few weeks, fingers crossed for tonight.

Hope you are all getting in some quality zzzz
