Horrid night last night. That thing when you're not asleep but not enough awake to get up. Whirling thoughts. No alarm set for tomorrow so I hope that will help

That's rubbish WA, here's hoping for a better night tonight.

I've spelt quite well over the weekend, and everybody seemed to sleep in this morning, which mrs lammo assured me wasn't a good thing, nobody was late for anything though :-)

Rough night last night two toilet trips. Im a once a night normally.

Ive had issues with depression before and have found through that the headspace sleepcasts as good things to get me back to switch brain off and sleep.

Or at least distract me from whats making me think.

Been for a run this morning so hoping for just the one trip to the toilet tonight.

I slept well in the hotel on Saturday then crap at home on Sunday. Decamped to daughter's old room last night as I couldn't sleep and then slept really well. Sadly coming to the conclusion that it's sharing a bed with a restless snorer that's stopping me sleeping :(

I agree, restless snorers are not conducive for a good night's sleep!

After an evening rowing in the village's sea skiff, I slept like a baby.

Oh dear. I am (sometimes) a restless snorer! An hour awake in the night in normal. More is a pain and I sometimes move downstairs for a change of scenery and to allow me to restlessly snore without disturbing my other half.
