GimmeMedals of course, you're very welcome to a copy. It's still in the format of a 20+ year old Excel spreadsheet. You'll need to Fmail me your email address.

Yes, I’ve lost posts here before, forgetting there’s no auto-save as you type. It was one useful function over at RW, and it worked on each thread individually. Shades, one other difference for your race list images, is that you have to first upload the image to your gallery, before adding the image to a post - ie, you can’t just upload directly from a phone or PC to a post. Long day yesterday. Traffic around Antwerp was ridiculous. When we got going it was amazing how much freight there was. Basically the inside lane was all freight, nose to tail, for many, many miles. Got to the site near Nijmegen, which is a nice site, and had been considering a run but didn’t fancy it, but we took Tigg for a walk as after a day of driving he was a pent up ball of energy, and then we relaxed for the evening. I think it’s bad weather over in Devon/Cornwall? Trotters had planned their annual Club Camp for this weekend but it seems most are cancelling due to the weather, even those with vans. 5 miles this morning. A nice route, mainly forest trails. Enjoyable and nice to stretch the legs. Foot not too bad either. |

Big G - yes, if I continue with the race listing, which I'd like to do, I'll have to experiment pasting direct from the Excel spreadsheet. Would probably lose the formatting, maybe post into Word first. I'll leave that challenge for another day. Weather not too bad here, light rain showers tomorrow and dry Sunday. Not as warm as those camping would have hoped for though. I don't know where the Trotters were going, maybe Cornwall has a worse forecast. Good you've managed to get out for a run today. |

shades if you did it as a screenshot/image then you can paste into the thread as it's an image not the text

PH - lovely you've popped in. Haven't seen you for ages. Hope all is well with you. Thanks Pix, useful info. It's on a spreadsheet on my PC so wouldn't do a screenshot. For RW I just save it as an image. Not sure what you mean by a Fetch plan? |

Pix - not a training plan. It's a list of 2024 marathons that we're doing and is amended every month to add the next month's events and updated with our finish times.
