Corrah
I had taken the afternoon off work, only I forgot and continued working. Have now swapped it to Monday morning so hoping I don’t forget that.

I just looked at the date and panicked because we are meant to be in Scotland on the 21st.

Never sure whether this belongs in the Seniors thread or the Garmin one.

My Garmin is set to log distance in miles with auto-laps every mile. But for parkrun I change it to logging in km and autolap every 1km. It's a bit of a faff IMHO, many more button presses than should be necessary.

I've lost count of the number of times I've forgotten to switch back to miles... today is Friday and I still haven't done it from last Saturday.

My brain wouldn’t cope with the switch! I’ve always run in km though and only switched to miles on Fetch so I could be on the 700 mile a year leaderboard.

Return from run, run bath, step into bath, step out of bath, remove slippers, step back into bath. There’s no hope 🐸

About This Thread

Maintained by ChrisHB
This morning I went to charge my kindle and instead found myself trying to charge my coffee mug. It was my third coffee of the day as well, clearly not strong enough!

=============

I was just drying my hair after a shower, I switched the hairdryer on and suddenly the bedroom was plunged into darkness, the hairdryer wasn't working either. Great, the electrics have just tripped out.

I find a torch, go to the fuse box but nothing has tripped - turns out I pressed the light switch instead of the hairdryer 'on' button.
