I do that on holiday so that I can read in the sun.
At work I hang my specs on my lanyard if I leave my desk, just in case I need to read something.

I've replaced the missing screw in glass with a small staple in the past. I've occasionally put my glasses on when my contacts are in...then wonder why things look really weird! The worst thing is falling asleep with the lenses in...then waking up and thinking my eyesight is perfect again! (if only!!!)

Credit card statement arrived today. It appears that last month I sent a payment with the pence and pounds swapped around . Fortunately, this gave me positive credit on the card rather than a deficit, all good

I went upstairs three times to get my watch before going out. It's still there.

I tried to unlock the car with the house key.
The other half to that senior moment is that I don't usually need to drive, but my hip was too achy to contemplate walking or running I'm just hoping it is a running related IT band thing rather than arthritis which I fear is my genetic destiny.
