Plus need to get some work done on the building site that is my house if I am to move back in before the 24th. Go well at parkrun etc.

Dry and still day for parkrun marshalling and then home to remove many layers and go for a run. Knee still sore and swollen but not too bad to run on. Daughter put up her tree last night, Sean one of the twins took all the accessible baubles off and put them back in the box and Ellie insisted that all the star decorations go on the same branch "because they're friends mummy".

At least there were a lot of people working over 50 miles (I counted 5). last rest - 28/11 last hard - Yesterday's trails, swamp like lyric - I think so
