Pam runs did you run/walk parkrun? What ratio did you do…that’s an impressive time!

I did a walk/run as tailwalker at parkrun this morning. It's not about the time I did (50:28) but at the time I had. It was so good to be out on the course, to see the speedsters, to motivate an 8yo to get it done, and to thank and be thanked.

I've messaged Gymboss to ask if the device can be set to do intervals indefinitely. I'll report back what they say.

May your run/walks be blessed, Muttley

Thank you. My body is my temple. :-)

I did tokens at our local parkrun this morning. I was surprised that we got 167 runners / walkers especially in this heat and as it’s holiday season. There were some very sweaty finishers!

I have a swim tempo timer which also has a max number of intervals but if you hold the button it resets to the start

Sent you a message Muttley.
Fabulous Pam. I'll be back to that....one day!
Still plodding along at no more than 30/30 with occasional doubles thrown in if each. Breathing, respiration , HR not up to scratch.

15 x 3 Run/2 Walk + warm-up and cool-down. Resulted in just over 8 miles in around ninety minutes. It was a tad warm. ;-)

7.67 trail miles at 30/30 and a very relaxed pace this morning. Just happy to get some decent miles done.

Just over 6 miles for me along the coastal path and beach, also at 30:30. Sand and dunes are tough enough to run on already without the heat ... I struggled a little and opted not to do the detour that would have added a couple of miles :-(
