So that’s my 10k done. Legs feeling surprisingly good, considering. I’m due to be doing a half tomorrow. It would have been Chester in the old days and I was planning to do it virtually. Not sure what that will do for the old legs 😂

Panad - not sure if this makes it easier or harder for you but, by my reckoning, it’s Tuesday for the 11k

Beautiful photos, EdJ.
An earlier (for me) mid-afternoon, fasted 10K today... and it was TOUGH! My legs are feeling tired but I'm using this RED in September as cumulative fatigue training for a DIY ultra I'm going to run with a work friend in November.

Laborious run tonight, but it's done. It's starting to get dark early.

Ooo thanks for that CD - yes it does actually make it slightly easier - obviously still need to do a 10k on the Monday, but Tuesday’s not such a long day in work, so a split run would be easier 😁

Good morning, all! Got my short run in early this morning to keep the RtS total up. Hope everyone enjoys our shorter run day! Two thirds done now.
