A long run day for me as well today - 11 miles done first thing, lovely and cool in the woods this morning - glad I got out before most of the mountain bikers got up!

I'm impressed at all these people doing long runs today. I've found the last three days really tough (although I'm knackered after some very long days at work). Looking forward to only having to do 2km!

Lovely 1.5 miles this morning through the woods. Still need to keep my 10000 step streak going (today will be Day 165), so carried on with a walk afterwards. Legs definitely appreciated the easy day.
