I’m thinking I and T on Mon and Wed rather than Tue and Thu and then do LR on Saturday if feeling OK

Sounds like good planning, MrT. I’ve moved my threshold/tempo session to a Monday when my legs are more rested. Instead of on a Thursday.

Good interval session today. 10 x 400m all within 1s of target time with 2 min jog in between.

Nice running, MisterTea.

I opted to do my threshold tempo run this morning. The PJ advice suggests “Mile warm up then 20-30 mins at pace (10:28 based on the time I put at the start of the PJ attempt) then a mile cool down.”

My mile splits for the run were....
1) 10:08
2) 9:36
3) 9:39
4) 9:37
5) 9:48

I’m really pleased with the progress I’ve made. Wouldn’t have imagined being able to run at that pace before I started Project Joker. I just hoping that I haven’t peaked too soon!
