Good point - my benchmark run was towards the end of a run the sum month & a 50 day streak, so maybe I won’t do that 😂

I’m now on week 2 of Project Joker. Unfortunately had to take a joker on week 1 due to not doing a focussed threshold run. Week 2 so far I’ve done the long run and a threshold run session so just intervals to fit in.

I’ve just started Project Joker again and just finished week 1 yesterday. Early days, but I am finding it’s helping me to do some more structured training. How are you finding it?
