I don't doubt there will be fatalities before the election given his extremist rhetoric against minorities. Not least among his many sins is the way he has reintroduced the real possibility violence into American elections.

I still think there's a good possibility that in continuing to stoke the base with ever more inflammatory rhetoric, which is all he knows how to do, he will bit by bit lose the swing voters who are key.
