Unless this event is being organized and supported by disillusioned Brexit voters, I can't see that it will influence anything at all. It will just add weight to the argument that those who voted Remain are bad losers in a democratic referendum. The "inaccuracies" spouted in the build up by both sides to this vote are nothing unusual. They happen before any general election as well. The voting public should be immune to them by now but it would seem not. BTW, I'm a passionate Remain supporter, but believe that we have to accept the result and make the best of what we can in the future. Certainly looking backwards will not help at all. |
