Fields, can you name some countries in the world where conditions for workers are better than those in EU countries?

There we were edging towards parity with other member states workers rights when 'boom' Brexit vote happened and people will tell you its all for workers rights & it is, the diminishment of them.

@jda I asked Fields earlier to hold back on the name calling. Please avoid personal insults.

um
Some time ago, I had an interesting chat with a colleague in Singapore about them bussing in Malaysians for factory assembly work at about $200 (US) per month. (compared to Sing salaries of $1000 to $2000) He said they loved it. It was better than the $100 a month for the same work in Malaysia, although there was the 2-3 hours 'bus' time. But compared to the average Malaysian wage of $50 per month, they were a long way up the pyramid. I was probably 'much the same'. With my mobility, I was a UK employee, but spent more time in US. My UK salary, plus flights plus hotel & expenses was a lot less than the going rate for a similar employee in California. But a very generous UK salary. |

When Fields comes up with a real country that exists I will of course withdraw my comment with apologies.

It's how they get the drugs into the food to make people still think Brexit is a good idea
