Apparently Truss is going to reveal her own budget ideas a week (?) before Jeremy Hunt does. Unhinged?!
She is quite delusional - although by all accounts she has always behaved thus. A perfect pick for PM then. What's her majority? Can we hope that the voters of <insert Tory heartland constituency name here> stick her in the bin??
I can see her in 10 years time sitting in a dockside dive looking into the bottom of her 10th Whisky Sour and wailing "I coulda been a contender. I coulda bin somebody!"

Think you're older than I am and I recall it!
There were always signs in roadworks with "cones hotline" on it. No-one ever knew what it meant or why it was there.
And in the age pre-mobile phone how on earth you were supposed to call it from the motorway anyway.

They mentioned the hotline the other week in jest/comparison and it's the first time I'd heard of it.

I remember the cones hotline from back in the day and understanding that it was ridiculous, a number to call about cones operated by the organisation that had put the cones trhere.
Basically the rant into a large hole number to placate idiots
