We seem to have managed to achieve the worst of both worlds. We are near the top for deaths per capital but we also have one of the worst GDP falls. In this respect the UK has fared quite a bit worse than the US. From an individual State perspective some US states New Jersey, Mass, NY are more than double the US (and UK average). California is faring remarkably well despite a lot of big city areas. |

Question is either that it's because he's (a) done the damage and made his cash from the blatant cronyism whilst he's been in No10 or (b) upset at a major Brexit policy shift and "no deal" is no longer the main objective.

Not aware of any past confirmation that Cummings was leaving, not least one from himself in person. Seems like he is genuinely going by the end of the year |
