Not impressed by labour but there are a lot of twists to come yet.

Not easy for Johnson to get a big majority. He's gonna get wiped out in Scotland and lose a fair few in London. Most of the marginals are LibDem-Con ones. Lab would have to be completely destroyed permanently (not impossible) for him to come back with a decent majority (i.e. the lose 30-40 SAFE seats where they hold majorities of say 7000+ votes).

'No justification' for suspension. Classic Dom. Surprised it was unanimous, though.

Parliament is not prorogued.
This is what taking back control looks like. An independent judiciary.

Leavers and remainers should both be happy Stander. Isn't that what we want - soverignty of our own parliament and courts, democracy upheld? Yes, tactically it is a blow for leavers, but the issue is much, much, much bigger than that.

For shit and giggles, BJ should just prorogue again. Today.
Await next court case. Rinse and repeat until 31st October.
Won't happen of course. But would fucking well make me laugh.

And this isn't an independent judiciary. Its a judicial system for those that want to throw the most money at it.
Always has been. Always will be.
