Did Gorleston back in May as part of a 29 mile day, wasn't expecting too much but 21-07 was very slow all the same.

A much better effort chap.

I'm looking to get back towards 16 later this year. Focus has shifted to improving my short speed before I go long again. Rehab is presenting opportunities.

I still think I should be able to go sub 18. Unlikely on Saturday though. Unless I'm lucky and have someone just the right pace to hang on to.

What's this nikeband+ thing?

Edinburgh is starting very soon. :) Looking forward to a real crack at sub 16 on this flat course (Glasgow is..er...very hilly). The only issue is it's on the coast and more than likely to be blowing a hoolie each week!!!!

Boab, parkrun sent an email to all runners who are registered offering them to take part in a little nike+ challenge, each parkrun against the other to clock the most KMs run.

You register and get sent the Nike+ arm band and foot sensor thing (for free), and then you log your runs via the site (once you have joined the challenge and chosen your parkrun venue team).

Ummm, I think thats it really. Oh other than it runs for 1 month from 25 September. Not sure if there is a prize
