But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Its the Black Park parkrun. Didn`t know anything about it untill this morning when my brother phoned me to say he had just done it. Doh! I run round there quite often and Ive been running for over 7 years- where have I have been! Saying that, I have never run a 5k before but need to get my pace back, so this should be great :-) Might become a regular fixture I think for the next few months.
