Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I’m missing a Saturday morning burn-up. I hadn’t thought about it til now having got into an easy lockdown vibe. I *might* try for a time again in a bit after all ;-)

Go for it, DT!

Well done Neal, and I love the expression "the great unpausing" :-)

Was quite warm today. Missed a pb by 5 seconds but not bothered. Had to dive into a hedge when a car came screaming down a lane at one point. Safe at home now, post run coffee and cake spending!

Felt quite sprightly this morning. Original aim was a fast first mile effort & then relaxed but as I felt good decided to push on. Happy to record a new course PB (21:18) & fastest I’ve run 5km in a looong time. Lots of steady miles with the odd short blast as a training strategy seems to be working. Very warm & a bit muggy out there this morning.
