jennyh May 2020 11:45am, 9 May 2020 4,361 posts	Quote Pin jennyh I went out way to late, decided I couldn’t be bothered to a) put any effort in or b) do the route I did last time, so I ran 4.1 miles and knocked the first mile off the time - still much slower than my last couple of attempts, but I’ll take 29:52 given that I was doing 11 minute mileing for the first mile and wanted to give up. Must have a word with the ED though - I don’t remember having to stop at a road crossing in a parkrun before, very poorly designed course!
