Aw that’s a bummer DT :-(

Well Naples was hot and hilly and a part walk up one of the hills cost me a sub 30 :-( but I should be pleased with the effort.

I went out way to late, decided I couldn’t be bothered to a) put any effort in or b) do the route I did last time, so I ran 4.1 miles and knocked the first mile off the time - still much slower than my last couple of attempts, but I’ll take 29:52 given that I was doing 11 minute mileing for the first mile and wanted to give up.

Must have a word with the ED though - I don’t remember having to stop at a road crossing in a parkrun before, very poorly designed course!

Bad luck DT :-(

PH I was running round Roath Park at one point too (although it looks like it was several hours later than you)

I’ll be at sea heading home next Saturday so I will either have to run round the deck or do a treadmill run ;-)

I went Cape Town 1997, must have chnaged, looking forward to it.

29.01 today, not bad, different route, basically a hill, a bit late out so course congestion problematical.....not bad though....downhill finish, If I can find a nice flat non-congested route, would be good, difficult curently.
