was muddy at St albans today...they posted on facebook asking people not to wash their shoes in the toilet facilities after the run as they risk losing the use of them

My eldest took a wrong turn there a few weeks ago LindsD. Hope they had the signage improved!!

We met someone in the cafe who had also taken a wrong turn. I had one moment of not being sure but we were mid pack so cd see people ahead.

Ran my age today, 66th at 66, which i thought was a first for me. So i checked, and it turns out it was the sixth time that i'd done it , and one of those was 6 weeks ago.
