Chunkywizad would say around 75 for the test event, will be quick in the dry, narrows after the 1st half mile, people will need to put themselves in pace order to prevent congestion with large numbers

Might have to go to Chichester this Saturday and if I do I'll be up for a bit of tourism. Thinking about Queen Elizabeth on the way unless any events closer are 'must do'.

Great, that's what my initial investigations came up with. Not sure its the best thing to do before a trail 10miles on Sunday but I'll take it slow.

QE is good fun. A nice incline and descent (twice) that certainly gets the legs and lungs pumping.
I found some of the surface along the 'lower' section quite difficult to run on though. There is a fair amount exposed surface stone that was smooth/slippy in places making it difficult to gain traction on. I am however a bit rubbish over such natural features and YMMV.
