I went back to parkrun today for the first time in months and glad I did as it was fab.
At Eastbourne there was a guy running who did his first ever parkrun last Saturday. All week he has been running the parkrun route for about 10 hours day, and today at 9am he ran it for the 100th time. Amazing, 2nd official parkrun, but 100th in a week. Raising money for alzheimers and dementia.

Just seen on FB that the course record at my local parkrun finally got beaten by a local lad who has had a few tries at it, the record has stood since 2014.

Two rain free weeks at Witney has a made such a difference to course.
Mud free today, out of 282 runners there were 121 new PBs!

Vogrie Parkrun today with my mad wee Springer spaniel. Lovely run. He was a wee star. Ran in a straight line. Huge deal as he normally runs in circles. 😂😂
