Raptors Claws are coming to town
I'll definitely be working on NYD rather than doing the Whinlatter/Keswick parkrun double.

2 at the start and 2 at the end , you catch the rear of the field but as you are peeling off so no issue usually. Was worse for me yesterday as I had to run through the field so my 2nd lap was in lane 4 due to the crowds.

suppose too you aren't going to throw in a 70 at the start of a 5k...

Falkirk parkrun today, slowly. Third biggest ever attendance today, despite it being subzero. 21 debutants, which I thought was pretty good. One doing their first ever run after 38 volunteerings.

Perfect running conditions at Aberdeen today and a romantic proposal from a lovely young runner - she accepted!

Good morning at Keswick. 277 runners which is pretty amazing, lots of families (including 6 of my family running and one supporting). Cold and ground muddy and wet but lots of Santa hats.
Personally, 22 seconds faster than Saturday so I was very happy.
Merry Christmas all

Over 500 at Harrogate - think that's a record turnout. Ground pretty muddy but managed quicker than a few weeks ago when I last ran there - the benefits of Marcothon kicking in.
