Good running, Doc.
I drove past Panshanger at 9:30 (on my way between Castle Park & Ellenbrook Fields parkruns) and it was quite impressive to see hundreds of people running along the hill next to a busy road.

Couldn't do the double at the weekend because I wanted to do one of them with the boy, and Mrs DG wasn't well enough to do childcare duties at Peterpan for me to run that one on my own.
So I did Humber Bridge with junior, which I loved and he hated (because of the mud). That leaves me tantalisingly stuck on 49, with a shortage of Run Directors available at Cleethorpes for the next month to give me opportunity to run, because I've made it my rule that if nobody else wants to RD, I'll have to do it.
I'm going to run out of material for the briefings at this rate. I'll have to keep them perfunctory.

Quicky from me.
I'm taking the boy to Inverness on the sleeper for his birthday at the end of the month. We're booked into digs in Inverness on the Saturday night, but we need to fill a bit of time between the Sleeper arriving and the Palace hotel letting us check in.
Realistically, how easy is it to get to Inverness parkrun from the station, if I can leave the train at 8.45?

DG Parkrun’s start at 9.30 in Scotland so as long as train on time you should make the start

It'll be a rush, but if you jump a taxi, imminently do-able! Runnable but possibly not with bags.

There's plenty of decent sized left luggage lockers at the railway station (you'll need a few quid in coins though.)
