Home run at Falkirk, volunteering there on the 28th.

Undecided over New Year.

Dean Castle Country Park for us because we're at my dad's. eL Bee! is marshalling, I'm going to run because I've volunteered at my last two visits there. NYD we'll probably make our annual trip to Whitehaven.

Blackpool for us on Christmas day. Nothing on new year's day because we'll be in Belgium (and we have other plans even if it was a country with parkruns).

I was at Dinton along with chunkywizard Most of the course is tarmac and clean easy running, but the far side is gravel trail and muddy puddles. I was glad of the trail shoes grip and even more glad that I managed to run the whole way round after returning from Flu - 34 minutes was not to be sniffed at.

Choice of Rothay or Ford for Christmas Day - just need to decide how much mud I can be bothered with. It'll be the first time I've had the opportunity to parkrun on Christams Day so looking forward to it.

Run Directing at Fell Foot on Saturday before running there on NYD (and doing set up before running on the 4th)
