Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

thumbs up for northala - nice course with good variety, and the mound makes for a nice warm up too.

Managed to get my 100th different done today at Lloyd, had I done my homework I would have chosen somewhere else - hilly & muddy - tougher than Sunny Hill & Hampstead Heath. Great volunteers & included the Random Aussie or South African so all boxes ticked ✅😂

There was a boomerang at Leamington today. It started in Fremantle, Western Australia and has been all over the place, spreading the good word. There are 10 of them being transferred from parkrun to parkrun by tourists with a plan to get them back to Fremantle.
Two of regulars have just left for Perth! They missed it by a week!

Lovely run (well walk with a few short runs for me) at Crathes today. My first time back since the inaugural and I remember why- it’s a toughie! Beautiful though, and great fun with all the St Andrews celebrations. I even got a shot of a sword!

Fantastic atmosphere at Crathes today and my first time back since the inaugural too, though I have run the route at the 5k they hold alongside the Half in September.

@MaltDrinker 's first time there and he loved it! He just kept me company today but definitely wants to return to run it. I'll probably volunteer that day! 😉🤣
