An attempt to run quickly at Strathclyde before next week's 10K. Looks like good weather for the weekend - cue loads of people complaining that it's too warm!

Had planned to go to Bug Hunter Waters again. But it is off due to the running festival. Don't fancy a long trip to the NENDY so will go closer to home.

Wrexham is off for me as I have a 3hr bike ride to the train station instead.
It was a good run while it lasted

Moving into a new age bracket on Saturday at parkrun... 65th birthday. So...does wava, parkrun or otherwise, work on age range, or whole age number such as 65? If it's age range then I expect a wava difference, but not so much if otherwise.

The parkrun one works on age, not category.
