The app says I’ve completed a Cowell. Although that’s counting 99 adult Parkrun venues & one junior Parkrun venue volunteer stint.

I’m still one short I reckon, not counting the junior. What say Fetch?

I turned my V’s off in the ap although they are more than worthy.

I think they are measures for running, so I wouldn't count it.

I also turned my Vs off last week as some measure showed more than I'd ran, as I've volunteered at a couple of juniors. I hadn't noticed before, which suggests that a default might have been changed. (Or that I am unobservant :-) .)

Did my first parkrun in a while after missing the last three due to weekends away. Heavy rain at Sandhurst which was surprisingly good fun and probably as a result, it was not as slow a run as I thought it might be. 🙂

My Vs are on for the app but I would count a Cowell as all running. It’s only one more though, should be able to do that I hope.

finishing the alphabet over at zuiderpark this weekend, and can't really find another challenge that floats my boat. in a way actually looking forward to just doing PR for PR's sake afterwards....
