Tourism at Malmö Ribersborg today. Great course, fantastic team of volunteers. Really enjoyed it (helped by being in good shape - PB for age grade, 2 seconds shy on the clock)

Exmouth cancelled this Saturday due to works on the course. Can't be bothered to travel so probably do a freedom run if that is still a thing..
