@Torque Steer very positive 5.2 miles for you this morning. Unfortunately about to lose the temperatures (& rum). One more day here then in London and Zurich for the rest of the week ๐Ÿ˜•.

@alehouse, alas nothing other than a coconut! (well to be fair there were loads of nibbles, food and drink put on afterwards). Plus a running top and towel in the race pack. But not a cheap one to enter. Quite a bit over $200 NZ.

Really pleased to hear your knee is holding up well @Canute.

Thanks @OO61.
Should also get the M76 HM rung on the Fetch's Age Bests ladder (17 minutes off current time).

@NZD excellent PB - and cleaning up on the AG :-) - and your buddy on the 60-69 AG - that'll show the locals, unless they imbibed too freely at the rum stops!!

Expensive race to enter - sad fact of life nowadays for most races.

@Canute good to hear your knee is still holding up.

Wordle in four - and the door not rehung yet:-(

@NZD - have a safe onward journey - there is apparently a >250mph jetstream flowing over the Atlantic so you may get to the UK a bit earlier!

Another dreak day here as I did a "fast" one mile and then a steady plod of another 1.25 miles in 25 min with HR 124/140 - enough today

Congrats @NZD. Sometimes a good moan about the weather beforehand sets us up to perform well?

Also in UK for a week or so from mid-week. Hoping for a park-run or two, will be interested to see what times I can make.

Otherwise training going well. 14k long run yesterday and venturing onto some trails underfoot. 6k easy today and felt relatively effortless.

Good to hear knee holding up well @Canute.

@Torque Steer Sadly not I sound like a smoker! Day 13 and had to cancel PT tomorrow but this last anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

I have been for 1.5 mile walk today which is progress as took a step back at weekend and never left the property.
