@EarlyRiser another passing migrant bird like @NZD Enjoy winter and the hills of Norfolk! Folk always think of that county as being flat but I holidayed there with family for some years when g'kids wer younger and always seemed to find hills on my runs there! Cold, dank day out there with a light frost slicking the pavements in places as I struggled round 5.2 miles in 59:20 (11:27m/m) with HR 131/145 - seemed hard work all the way, and probably was!! @EarlyRiser good use of the parkrun and a nie time for a not full out effort. Our local one had over 800 runners at the post Xmas one! @alehouse - some hope for the Foxes after today :-)? |
