I still send all 3 of my kids the birthday song from Bear in the Big Blue House each year. I think they may have slightly outgrown it but it’s tradition now innit?

Have we had Chorlton and the Wheelies yet? I found it slightly disturbing. I loved this as well, my first experience of northerners 😉 can't recall, was it before or after Kloppa castle? |

Pure coincidence: after reading the recollections in this thread, I watched this detailed doco on the history and development of children's TV on BBC Four last night. First aired in 2015 - but the content stands the test of time, I think. 'From Andy Pandy To Zebedee: The Golden Age Of Children's Television'. bbc.co.uk |
