I think I have my influenza vaccination at my surgery at 11:12 on Saturday 2nd November. "Think" because several weeks ago I had to book it by a different route, and I have had no email confirmation and it's not listed on the NHS App nor on my surgery's online appointment service. I have left a request for confirmation on my surgery's website service.
The surgery isn't offering COVID, but I have just received an NHS emailed asking me to book an appointment online at one of the "centres" (pharmacies) offering them, but currently there are few slots available and none of them are at times I can make it.

Flatlander - I booked mine at GP's and they sent me 2 reminders, one a week before and one 24 hours before. But this year reminders came from NHS app.
I had the NHS Covid email too, long after I'd already booked at GP's.

Went for covid & flu jabs at a pharmacy on Thursday. One in each arm. Feel like I've been punched in both arms and Garmin said my sleep on Thursday night was "unrestorative". OK apart from that. I do find booking at a pharmacy is far more efficient than facing the hordes at the health centre. My NHS covid email came after I'd booked. I found out that booking was available from a BlueSky post.
Also had a letter for a tit scan for next Friday. Getting my money's worth this month.
