My parents ate tripe (and cow heel) from our south east Lancashire UCP - not my taste although the southern Europeans cook tripe in casseroles which isn’t half bad. Never had pig’s head at home but sheep’s head used to turn up now again - I think they asked the butcher to leave the eyes in so it would see them through the week! I’ll get my coat!

I live in New Zealand these days and I can't get Hoola Hoops. This is a travesty and I always gorge whenever I head back for a visit.
