I nap a lot less often than I did when I was working (not napping at work 🤣 but weekends and holidays often included an afternoon nap). But if I do nap now, it's because I've had a few nights of disturbed sleep and my nap could be 2-3 hours.

I don’t like complete silence for my nap (tv on low ) but I do at night time. |

I'm an occasional napper - had a 10 minuter after lunch today, but then I was up before 4:30 am this morning. Like GM, once I gave up teaching my need for a nap at weekends or non-working days reduced dramatically.

Always have liked a nap. Can fall asleep just about anywhere especially hospital waiting rooms, cinemas, and buses/trains. My favourite time is a pre bed nap whilst having a bath. If I am not working nights I often have a nap watching The Chase before my evening run.

I was once in a&e with a mtb injury. I kept falling asleep and my hr would drop and the machine would go off waking me up. They were astounded I slept while in a corridor waiting to be triaged!

Once lost my cousin in a rock nightclub only for the bouncers to find him asleep on the toilet
