I never nap. Doesn't matter how bad a night I have I can't sleep during the day for some reason!

I’m not a napper (yet!). The only time I sleep in the day is when I’m poorly. My SIL has napped in the afternoon for as long as I’ve known her - could never get my head around that.

I don't nap anymore but used to once, at that time I could have slept on a clothes line. I did once fall asleep walking up someone's drive, waking when I walked into their conifer hedge.

That's a great deal better than waking when your car bounces off the central barrier of the M40, FF. Though on that occasion I wasn't napping, it was long past my bedtime.

I think my afternoon naps are longer than mos,t as mine can be anything from 30 minutes-90 minutes depends on how the night time sleep went;-)

The only driving incident I had was during the night when I was on-call and had been woken up to go to work to process an urgent sample, but I hadn't fallen asleep at the wheel.
A car towing a caravan was driving the wrong way down a dual carriage towards me. I was going to avoid it but the car behind me was so intent on overtaking me at high speed that the driver ignored the caravan even though there wasn't room to get through, hit the caravan and bounced into me. No one was hurt, including my patient whose sample processing was quite delayed.
