I’m not good at napping, unless I’m a passenger in a car (or motorhome) when I’m asleep within half an hour.

I wish I could nap, quite often feel like I need to and shut my eyes - but can’t sleep. Husband slept - and snored- most of the way home down the A1 today, but I can’t sleep in vehicles either.

I don’t like complete silence for my nap (tv on low ) but I do at night time.

Tired? There's a nap for that.... (gets coat) It’s taken an overnight sleep for me to understand that 🤦♂️😂

Napping's a skill that I never acquired - if I drop off in the afternoon, I usually wake up feeling even more tired. I've always assumed it's related to the reason (whatever it may be) that I find it so difficult to get to sleep when I go to bed.
My wife, on the other hand, could nap for her country. Or, indeed, the entire planet.

Sigh
Back in the day, I could quite happily have napped in afternoon meetings, but I think that was a combination of an airless room and a dull discussion, on top of buffet food
