The reason given for the coconut oil btw was that the brain almost completely uses fat for fuel. Maybe that person's did.

I'm told that whisking coconut oil or butter into coffee makes quite a palatable drink. I'm not sufficiently convinced of that, or of the health benefits, to substitute it for my Honey Nut Shredded Wheat.

How about sesame oil? That’s my preference for stir fries.
V’rap, I have coconut milk in my overnight oats every day because my body doesn’t tolerate cow’s milk very well (I won’t go into details but it’s GI related). Is that a bad thing?
