Have come first in category in every parkrun I've done this year. Was also last in category in every parkrun this year, except for one, when I was first out of 2.
Velociraptor Jul 2019 5:33pm, 5 Jul 2019 42,172 posts	0 Velociraptor Orbness, welcome Impressed, Runningfoxx I ran my third-fastest marathon ever at 50 off a build-up that included more cycling than running, and hoped to beat my time at 55 by doing mostly running in training, but it didn't happen, partly due to conditions on race day but that's a risk you take when you target an event. My plan next time round is to be in reasonable condition and uninjured and have done SOME running, and throw myself at a fast course and see what happens.
