jda: There's a steep uphill at the very start! I was exactly 80 at the time so yeah, an 80% WAVA is about right. My 54.31 might be an M80 course record....

Today I am 51.36 years old and ran parkrun to get a WAVA of 54.20; perhaps I should have worked out what time I needed to get my WAVA to match my age?
