That looks interesting. I hope you can get one and that it really helps you Greppers.

Just to go back a few pages, my Mum hated SatNav with a passion. That was until she got stuck for hours. When I let her know the dynamic nature of a 'decent' SatNav, informing you of incidents ahead and suggesting alternative routes, she was converted.......

Yes Greppers - was recommended by my physio. I struggled wiith my left elbow - changing gear in the car was the worst (cries of 'oh no, not back to cars and automatics'), but this helped a lot. As ever with things, no 'instant fix', but over time realised things were much better. They are available form multiple outlets & even real shops, so just find the best price. My physio did try and explain how 'a tight cuff' could solve the problem, apparently it's to do with keeping tendons in place & not rubbing/irritating other tendons. |

Interesting, reminds me of the patella stabilizer...only for the elbow. When my elbow grouses, I put a gently squeezing tubigrip about my left elbow for the same kind of support.

Tomorrow looks like it’s going to be a long day at the office: We have 12 people signed up, so 6 pairings. Pairings will be drawn on the day and each match will be best of nine games, no short deuces either, so plenty of tennis to be played!! |

How could you?! Nothing's more complicated than a deathMatch... If it was easy, the right one would win each time. |
