When I let her know the dynamic nature of a 'decent' SatNav, informing you of incidents ahead and suggesting alternative routes, she was converted.......

I struggled wiith my left elbow - changing gear in the car was the worst (cries of 'oh no, not back to cars and automatics'), but this helped a lot. As ever with things, no 'instant fix', but over time realised things were much better. They are available form multiple outlets & even real shops, so just find the best price. My physio did try and explain how 'a tight cuff' could solve the problem, apparently it's to do with keeping tendons in place & not rubbing/irritating other tendons.

Pairings will be drawn on the day and each match will be best of nine games, no short deuces either, so plenty of tennis to be played!!
