Should be possible to make it a very neat scar and will be much more attractive than the skin lesion. 😁 Hubby is fair skinned and I'm tasked with checking him for new lesions. None so far |

Solaraze is a different strength from Voltarol gel, though it's the same active ingredient. (I've had a few actinic keratoses on my forearms, and they've responded nicely to being frozen with Histofreeze.) Mrs macca should be assured that the surgeon removing her BCC will have treated lots of BCCs in cosmetically sensitive places and will do a lovely job of putting her face together, although the initial stitch lines and swelling might look a little alarming. In the majority of people, skin flaps are used so skilfully that after a few months you wouldn't know the scar was there unless you went looking for it. |

Is solaraze too powerful to be used for muscular pain/inflammation V'rap? I'm guessing so.

My dad also got a chunk of his ear off late last year because of a cancer. I have burned the tops of my ears numerous times and also my scalp especially when running as I tend to put my hair up and my side shade is left exposed to the sun. Not very clever |

I got into the habit of protecting my head when we went to Oz - it’s probably the best protected part of my body now (and needed as I become more and more follically challenged ☹️). I very rarely go out nowadays without SPF 30 or higher - even in winter.

I swear by a wide-brimmed hat by sun and rain alike. But I am not sure that BY above is English. |
