GregP Jun 2019 7:06pm, 18 Jun 2019 112,828 posts	0 GregP FWIW the primary problem is hyperextending my arm on my (topspin) backhand drive - but it’s exacerbated by backhand volleys (lots of shock to the elbow on that unless I’m 100% set) and my second service, which is a sliding loopy affair that gets some of the power from elbow extension.

Also, I have a left knee niggle for no discernible reason. So now I'm coasting around in a leisurely fashion. Am I wrong to love this?

Welcome to a club I joined last year, the Bugger Me Why Didn't I Get An Automatic Years Ago Life Is So Much Easier club Gleaners - quite. Apparently my decade or so of fanatical squash playing is biting me in the arse. My knees are fine mind. Absolutely fine. Which makes it all the more galling.
