I always feel quite young in my head, and forget how old I'm actually getting. It's even worse for my Mum, I think - she can't believe she's so old, she's got a daughter who's over 60!

I turn up at the clinics for whatever jabs are going. Saw GP nearly two years ago for results of X-ray on knee, and he took my blood pressure while I was there (it was fine). That being said, I had a Funny Turn this morning in church, came over all faint. Was supplied with a drink of water and subsequently a cup of coffee and biscuits, felt fine ever since. May or may not have been anything to do with nearly an hour's run before breakfast; but I'd recovered from that (and had breakfast).
