I wish I had time to swim...I used to do quite a bit of it when I was a teenager.

I managed about a mile swim over four days in the sea at Southwold last summer. I’m not a great swimmer, and dislike slimming pools so the rare occasions that I do swim are salty affairs 🐳

I react very badly to chlorine so I no longer swim :-(.

Currently I wish I could get rid of this damn cold and cough so I could actually go swimming. Tuesdays should be swimming days in my world

I'm not much of a swimmer. 2-3 lengths 2-3 times a year is my limit.

Many moons ago used to swim 2 or 3 times a week, 2 miles plus if rest day, 1 mile if lunch break from work. Now I'd be struggling to do 1 or 2 lengths.

Swimming in a pool is so monotonous it’s not true. Swimming in the sea is so much better (on holiday, if it’s not cold, in my case)

Open water swimming is fab. But only if the water temperature is in double figures

Flatlander, I often react to pool water too, but had no ill-effects after a recent session at Bottisham. I was in there for two hours as well.
