Sea swimming hasn't been as prolific of late due to conditions (heavy rain and for the last twice ) but i've dipped quite alot. It occured to me today that my frozen shoulder issue has resolved itself . I don't know if its the power of the cold north sea thats helped or just time itself but i'll take it.

I'm usually in the queue for Bovril or coffee pretty sharp !
