What they appear to call 'bobby' conditions. I need to put my metaphorical big girl pants on, don't I!

The softest of soft OW swimmers, neither of us get on with the cold at all which really doesn't work that well with living in the UK let alone oop north in Yorkshire! There's a lovely quarry not far away and the lake district is beautiful but it's so bloody cold for about 50 weeks of the year.

The FlyingScotsman accompanied me on a gentle 2-lap swimble which took about 50mins. I think I’ve rediscovered my mojo.
