Me little knees loat all feeling. Weirdest thing. As I am in shorts still (montane run kit. Bloody ace) when I get out I notice my skin wrinkles around me knees?? Weird! Comes back once you get moving again So love ice cold swims. Just unbelievable feeling

Capricorn Jan 2021 11:18am, 27 Jan 2021 25 posts	0 Capricorn Anyone doing the Polar Bear Challenge here? Am doing the PB Gold - and thankfully got the 5 km swim in before the lockdown. Managed the Nov/Dec/Jan 250s - and hoping somehow that the lakes open up for the Feb/March swims ….. as the sea too far and the flow in the rivers to strong at the mo. It's my fist winter of skins swimming and the highlight of my week now - having an icy dip wherever possible I do still wear a wetsuit for very long swims or swooshes - to be safe !

Now we are swimming in skins it is even better.. so I wear my sports bra swimming and when back at the car can just chuck on my shorts and run kit. The bra is damp but not soaking and doesnt seem to be an issue Was so fab today I had a ending dunk with no gloves and just in shorts and vest top Officially hooked!
